• You need to search for the property you are located at. The search function is not very forgiving; you have to type the property name exactly how we have it in our system. Find your property from the list below, highlight & copy the name, and paste it into the search bar.

• After you’ve selected your property, you will be asked to enter your first and last name - don’t enter your actual first and last name! Here, you'll need to enter your business's full name in BOTH fields, and it MUST match the exact business name that we have for you in our system, or else you won't be able to successfully create your account. You can find the exact business name we have for you in our system from the emails we have sent to you - or you may reach out to the Property Manager to request the exact business name. Again, this needs to be copied exactly into both the first and last name fields to correctly sign up and connect your account to the property.

• Next, follow the instructions to fill out the various information RentCafé requires to register your account. After clicking submit, they will send you an email verification link. Please click the link and log in. When this final step is done, the account will be successfully registered and connected to the property and you can view your charges, enroll in autopay, or set up email or text reminders.​​
